Whether we are creating
disease management interventions or organizational innovation tools,
NewSof operates with the assumption that delivering information
without context will not produce meaningful learning, business,
and/or health-related outcomes.
We have developed the MoMtm
(Microculture of Meaning) Method,
to harness the real experiences of people to create and find highly
relevant and resonant information, connect the right people, and
locate the best services, and resources that meet an individual’s
or group’s needs.
Our work addresses
the challenges that individuals and organizations have in crossing
the divide between the virtual and real world in making and sustaining
individual and organizational change. Our services help healthcare
plans and delivery systems, not-for-profit voluntary organizations,
employers, and government organizations. Our clients range from
The American Cancer
Society to Procter
& Gamble, Glaxo
Smith Kline, The
Arthritis Foundation, and the City
of New York.
We are a multi-disciplinary group made up of and health
management and educational consultants, individual and organizational
behavior change developers, researchers, and communications &
marketing specialists. We are also highly talented writers, audio/visual
engineers, and software programmers.
We have developed highly
interactive web and telephonic disease management and support communities
for people with chronic diseases like cancer, facilitated the strategic
planning process for a foremost university in the life sciences,
and created the algorithms and tailored content for health behavior
change in meal planning and smoking cessation.
NewSof has the capabilities
to create print, audio, and video content. We can deliver this content
for you within full MoM
based applications built and maintained by NewSof, or custom built
for you, delivered through your own tools and services.
Whether your project is large or small, we welcome
the opportunity to work with you.
