Kristin Dean
Show Coordinator

Kristen is currently a content developer for the NewSof's content team. Kristin develops new content for the American Cancer Society's Cancer Survivors Network. She focuses her efforts on coordinating the Talk Shows, Stories and Web Cast projects.

Kristin comes to us after being on assignment at Microsoft Corp. as a Software Test Engineer. Working with online technologies, Kristin wrote test cases for various projects and areas of responsibilities, developed test strategies, and created exit criteria schedules. While on assignment for an online gaming site she shipped three Java-applet games, including Bejeweled, Alchemy and Atomica. Kristin also performed copy-editing for a multimedia trivia game and the monthly, gaming HTML newsletter.

After graduating from The Evergreen State College with a degree in Liberal Arts, Kristin has explored many different career avenues before flourishing in the technology arena. Her previous pursuits include teaching English in Japan and coordinating projects for Designers Showroom Inc.
